Android 5.0 Lollipop is now out according to news from Google's blog, we do not get any information concerning the device in the Nexus series that will be the first to get the update but Nexus rolls out with Android 5.0 Lollipop is expected that Nexus 5 the first in the list of Nexus series to receive the update(Android 5.0 Lollipop).

The 3rd party developer has made Android Lollipop SDK available since 17th of October, so as promised by the some manufacturer that their device will receive updates after 90 days you should see Android Lollipop on your device by the end of January 2015.
