30 Useful Window 7 shortcuts

There are many was to perform multiple task on Windows, that one of the reason I like using Windows,
I love using shortcut when working on Pc whenever possible or I feel like to make my work fast and save my time of
following the normal procedure to get my job done. It save a lot of my time reducing clicks and Drags on the Mouse

As you know that the simplest task you can perform in Windows is to Copy and Paste, Windows still provide shortcut
for this instead of going to the File Menu to select the Print command you can just do it in an easy within a seconds
by just pressing Ctrl button + letter P. Using Ctrl button + letter P to print means to have used shortcut i.e
Ctrl + P is an example of shortcut.

Shortcut is the combination of one, two or more keys on the keyboard
Example of One key shortcut is Window Button, instead of dragging cursor to the bottom of the screen to click
Start button, you can just tap Window button on the keyboard.
The most shortcuts required the use of two or more key.

Today I will be sharing with you a lot of shortcuts you can use to perform operation on your system to save your time.
Below is the list of shortcuts.
   

  •     Ctrl+C - This is use to Copy selected item especially while working on MS Word.
  •     Ctrl+X - This is use to Cut selected item.
  •     Ctrl+V - This is use to Paste selected item.
  •     Ctrl+Z - This is use to Undo an action performed.
  •     Ctrl+Y - This is use to Redo an action you undo.
  •     Ctrl+A - This is use to Select All items
  •     Ctrl+P - This is use to Print
    Alt+Tab - This is use to Switch between open windows i.e if you open a lot of windows and you want to switch to another window without closing the one you are working on just press Tab while you hold down the Alt key, press the Tab key multiple times till you get to the window you want.

    Windows+D - This is use to clear or minimize a lot of open windows on your screen at once and go straight to desktop

    Windows key+Down Arrow - To minimize an open window (when your window is maximize, its covering all the screen but when minimize it will reduce to smaller size.)
   
    Windows key+Down Arrow - To maximize an open window a minimize window
   
    Ctrl+Alt+Delete or Ctrl+Shift+Esc - To open Task Manager but Ctrl+Alt+Delete can also be use to lock your Pc  while Ctrl+Shift+Esc shortcut go straight to the Task Manager without any other steps.

    Windows key+L - This locks your computer instantly
   
    Windows key+P -  This is use when you want to choose a diplay mode

    Windows key+ Plus or Minus sign(Manifier)- To Zoom in or zoom out. (+) zoom in while (-) zoom out
   
    Alt+Space - To opens the Title Bar menu

    Windows key+Ctrl+Tab - Check through the programs Aero Flip 3D
   
    Windows key +E    - To Start Windows Explorer (My Computer)
   
    Windows+ R - To display Run window
   
    Windows+F -  To open Windows Search
   
    Windows+T -    Go to items in taskbar

    Windows+B - To first item in system tray
   
    Windows+1 to 9 - To launch pinned application
   
    Alt+V+D - To View menu for options
   
    Window Key+M - To Minimize all open windows at once
   
    Shift+Delete - To permanently delete selected item without moving it to Recycle Bin
   
    Alt+Enter - To check properties of selected item
   
    Alt+F4 - To Exit active program or item
   
    Ctrl+Shift+N - To create a new Folder

    Ctrl+N - To open a new window

This shortcuts are essential but you can all of if off hand, just bookmark this page so that you can read it anytime you
need shortcuts.
